Katerina (Kach) Vopalkova is a full-time Software Engineer. As such she has spent years navigating the high-pressure tech world and figthing all its negative impacts - from anxiety to burnout, from mental fatigue to back pain caused by constant sitting.
She found QiGong not as an escape from the modern world, but as a system for thriving within it. Her practice is designed for those who live and work in digital spaces. She uses traditional, low-impact movements to clear the mental stress and calm the overthinking mind allowing you to transform physical stagnation into circulating life-force energy. By bridging ancient wisdom with the realities of a busy professional life, you will cultivate a sense of peaceful confidence that stays with you long after the laptop is closed.
Kach is a Holden QiGong teacher. She has been practicing QiGong daily since 2021 and has been teaching since early 2025.
