Katerina (Kach) Vopalkova is a full-time Software Engineer who has spent years navigating the high-pressure tech world. She has personally fought the negative impacts of the industry - from anxiety and burnout to the mental fatigue and back pain caused by constant sitting.

Her own path to healing began on the volleyball court. After 11 years of semi-competitive play, her body was sidelined by injuries. She first discovered QiGong in 2016 at her mom's recommendation. While she felt the benefits, the practice didn't initially stick; without a clear, structured system to follow, she only returned to it sporadically over the next few summers.

Everything changed in 2019 when she rediscovered QiGong through a more disciplined lens of Flowing Zen QiGong. In 2022, she began following the teachings of Lee Holden, finding in his approach the intuitive, consistent system she had been looking for. She has been practicing QiGong daily since 2021.

Now a Certified Holden QiGong Teacher, Kach bridges ancient eastern philosophy with the realities of a busy professional life. Her practice is designed for those who live and work in digital spaces, helping you transform physical stagnation into circulating life-force energy. She teaches you how to cultivate a sense of peaceful confidence that stays with you long after the laptop is closed.
